More and more online places are closing themselves down and disallowing members to post their artworks containing nudity .. even as far as depicting a mother nursing her newborn if the nipple is showing ..
Listening to the words of my young daughter " If we were meant to be clothed we would not have been born stark naked ..."
I am open to let this space evolve naturally ... for now I would like to host a space where artworks that contain elements of artful nudity are welcome ... whether this be lifedrawing , painting, fantasy mermaids , studies of the human form ...
We have moved all artworks from our ning community to this space and from now on
please send all new submissions to this art gallery to operationfigleaf (at) gmail ( dot) com in .jpg or .gif format and we will add it to the gallery.

How wonderful to have a site that glorifies the human form exactly as it is! I look forward to contributing artwork to this site. My bare muse is dancing with joy!
